17. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, Estados Unidos, sin dar efecto a sus normas sobre conflictos de leyes. Cualquier controversia derivada de o relacionada con estos Términos o el uso del Sitio será sometida a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales del Estado de Florida, y usted consiente la jurisdicción personal de dichos tribunales.
